The Journal
of Global Justice and Public Policy (JGJPP) is Regent University School of Law’s leading
academic journal presenting original legal research related to the study of
international human rights. JGJPP features articles, notes, case
comments, and book reviews submitted by prominent authors, practitioners, and
students.
JGJPP actively
solicits manuscripts that address international law, global justice, the rule
of law, public policy (foreign and domestic), international relations and
diplomacy, comparative law, and decisions adopted by the European Court of
Human Rights, the International Court of Justice, the Inter-American Court of
Human Rights, and the International Criminal Court.
Regent Law students
who sense a call to justice globally work hard to produce an excellent journal
each year. Last
year's publication is posted fully online. Click here to see
all the fabulous articles.
Some of the articles that relate to family
restoration include:
By Bryan S. Peeples (discussing remedies for
victims of terrorism)
By Destinee Easley (examining how courts can
assist families who don’t speak English well)
By Cody Goings (offering a thorough discussion
of how human rights can be manipulated when not asserted in proper legal
context)
Family restoration happens in all corners of the world, and Regent Law students are making a difference.
