Alumni Weekend here
at Regent Law proved to be a time to welcome back past students to their old
home – on campus and in the classrooms.
Where they once set foot possibly with fear and trepidation they sat
this weekend as now leading attorneys changing the world for Jesus Christ
through their practice of law.
I was most honored
to host “Assault on Parental Rights” for the Regent Law Alumni Weekend, with a
panel of Chief Judge Philip Hollowell of Virginia Beach Juvenile and Domestic
Relations Court, and Senior Associate Dean former Judge Marion Warren we
discussed the many cases around the world where parental rights are being
overcome or undermined by other state interests. What is sorely obvious is that
parents need excellent lawyers to protect their constitutional rights to safeguard
their children’s best interests.
