Marriage Alternatives Continue to Arise to the Detriment of Families

A recent article on marriage alternatives glorifies the trend toward Threesome Marriages - or what is popularly known as a Triad Marriage.  Read the entire story at:

http://www.thedailybeast.com/blogs-and-stories/2009-05-07/threesome-marriages/full/ .  Triad marriage has also been discussed on major television news stations as well.

In 2000 I was asked to detail future implications of domestic partnerships in an article published by the Journal of Family Studies entitled "How Will the Proliferation and Recognition of Domestic Partnerships Affect Marriage?"

Touching on this subject of companionate marriage my research revealed that generativity, the concept that marriage between a man and a woman is encouraged by society for the future of the common good, is the basis for marriage policy in nations that embrace concepts of freedom and liberty.

Family restoration begins with a solid understanding of the meaning and purpose of marriage.  In another 50 years, our culture will be entirely different - one way or the other.
