A New Culture of Life

Mommies no longer have to feel pressure to kill their unborn babies.  Roe and Casey imposed a social construct on American culture to permit and encourage young mothers to end the lives of their children before they have a chance at life. Today we can now create a culture of life for women and children in need of help.

Today Dobbs v. Jackson declared there has never been a solid constitutional basis for terminiating the life of an unborn child.  Any such right is now under the purview of the states.

So what will happen in your state now? After Roe?  The Family Policy Alliance (FPA), a public policy partner with Focus on the Family, has created an invaluable tool to help you learn the law in your state right now.  Find out where your state stands here.  Several Regent Law alumni and law students were behind the research and creation of this excellent resource.

Depending on the laws in your state right now, your jurisdiction may become a focus of abortion tourism, or a safe place for women to get help for their children instead.

No woman ever desires to abort her own child; rather feeling pressure to do so for various reasons is more the case.  If you are a woman who needs help or assistance please contact the National Institute of Family and Life Advocates, a nationwide organization that represents more than 1600 pregnancy resource centers around the country that protect women and their children.  There are people right around you who want to help.
