Carly Fiorina Blasts Those Who Claim to Stand for Women

Carly Fiorina headlined Wednesday's Republication debate when she called out the horrific acts of Planned Parenthood and those who defend them claiming to care about women and children.

National Review reports:
"Carly Fiorina laid out the harsh and cold truth about Planned Parenthood in a way no other candidate has to date, amidst the media blackout — and a CNN questioning panel that seemed indifferent, preferring to focus on trivialities. She is worth quoting and heeding: I dare Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama to watch these [Planned Parenthood] tapes! Watch a fully formed fetus on the table, it's heart beating, it's legs kicking, while somebody says, "We have to keep it alive to harvest its brain!" This is about the character of our nation. And if we will not stand up and force President Obama to [defund Planned Parenthood], shame on us!" Read more here and watch the debate clip  here.
Indeed, the Rise and Fall of Women's Rights has turned on abortion, but only to our great detriment, as now it is clear from the videos on Planned Parenthood's destruction and sale of newly-born-yet-aborted babies' organs and body parts that the best interests of children  and women are not part of their game plan, nor that of those in pro-abortion politics who claim to defend women and children.
Advocacy of abortion has created a boomerang effect on women, and devastates families, rather than helping to plan parenthood. Bravo, Carly.

  1. I thought the following was another great quote from the debate last night, given by Marco Rubio. Though not directly related to the issue of abortion or women's rights, he pointed out how our country cannot be strong without strong families. However, he says the government is undermining the institutions that support the family. In the name of individual liberty and personal choice have we actually become less free?

“And here’s the truth: Because you cannot separate the social, moral well-being of your people from their economic and other well-being. You cannot separate it. You can’t have a strong country without strong people. You cannot have strong people without strong values. And you cannot have strong values without strong families and the institutions in this country that defend and support those families. Well, and today we have a left-wing government under this president that is undermining all of the institutions in society that support the family and teach those values. “
